Pricing questions
Why is AUTODMs so cheap?
We keep our costs low. We don’t store your conversations, so there is less to run and protect, and we don’t charge per contact or per message. You pay a flat price, whatever your audience size: Pro is 40-80% less than other popular Instagram DM tools.
Are there limits on contacts or DMs?
Every plan has unlimited contacts. The free plan sends up to 1,000 DMs a month; paid plans send unlimited DMs, paced to stay inside each platform’s rate limits so your account stays safe.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. AUTODMs doesn’t add a markup and shows an estimate before every broadcast.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
